Connect to Mother Nature on Earth Day! Earth Day is an annual celebration that raises awareness of the need to protect the Earth's natural resources for future generations. Join Angela for a healthy heart exploration to honor our beautiful earth! We'll be on the trail for approximately 1 1/2 hours. There will be some inclines, declines and level surfaces. Hikers or sneakers are recommended; no flip flops. Organic bug spray is suggested. We'll meet at the entrance of the trailhead. The Earth Day hike will start promptly at 10am. See you soon!
