About the Event
Step into a room dimly lit by candlelight while inhaling a subtle aroma of the season. Give yourself time to relax and let go. Gently stretch your body before reclining comfortably in a series of restorative poses using bolsters, pillows, and blankets. Warm stones will be methodically placed on the body for deeper relaxation. Absorb a warm face cloth to wipe away any stress. Reiki healing will be offered and is optional during the practice. Evening will end with a warm cup of seasonal tea. Take time to pause, relax, replenish and just be. All props are provided. Just bring yourself. Be sure to dress comfortably.
