About the Event

Mindful Monday Meditation is a 4 week series (January 10, 17, 24, & 31) to kick off the beginning of the new year in a positive and healthier way.  Practice the moment, connect to the breath, and experience your still point.  Discover the health benefits of this ancient practice for today's time. Did you know that meditation reduces stress and anxiety, promotes emotional health, enhances self-awareness, lengthens attention span, can help with addictions, improve memory and sleep plus so much more! This 4 week program is only $44; $11 per class. Each session is 30 mintues on a meditation cushion or backjack chair. There is also an option to extend your meditation to 45 minutes if you wish to sit longer in silence. What a great way to start 2022 with your meditation community.  NOTE: The clinic requires masks whether you are vaccinated or not. Thank you for your consideration. P.S. The outside door to the clinic locks at 6pm. Feel free to arrive to the meditation room around 5:50 to settle in.
