About the Event

Mindful Monday Meditation is a 4 week series to kick off the beginning of the new year in a positive and healthier way.  Practice the moment, connect to the breath, and experience your still point.  Discover the health benefits of this ancient practice for today's time. Did you know that meditation reduces stress and anxiety,  promotes emotional health, enhances self-awareness,  lengthens attention span, can help with addictions, improve memory and sleep and so much more! Develop mindfulness for the wellness of your body, mind and spirit.  This program is 4 weeks for $44; only $11 per class.  Each session is 30 minutes on a meditation cushion or backjack chair.  There is also an option to extend your session to 45 minutes if you wish to sit longer in silence. What a great way to start 2022 with a Meditation Community!
