Mindful Monday Meditation is a 4 week series to kick off the beginning of the new year in a positive and healthier way. Â Practice the moment, connect to the breath, and experience your still point. Â Discover the health benefits of this ancient practice for today's time. Did you know that meditation reduces stress and anxiety, Â promotes emotional health, enhances self-awareness, Â lengthens attention span, can help with addictions, improve memory and sleep and so much more! Develop mindfulness for the wellness of your body, mind and spirit. Â This program is 4 weeks for $44; only $11 per class. Â Each session is 30 minutes on a meditation cushion or backjack chair. Â There is also an option to extend your session to 45 minutes if you wish to sit longer in silence. What a great way to start 2022 with a Meditation Community!
