Soul Shine Saturday Outdoor Yoga at Thayer Homestead in Medway

Join me for a spontaneous outdoor yoga class this Saturday on the beautiful back lawn at The Thayer Homestead.  Absorb the autumn morning as we stretch, strengthen and stabilize the body, mind and soul. Bring your mat and water if you need it. Please wear your mask to greet your yogis friends. Mask can be removed during practice.  The forecast looks ideal for an outdoor yoga practice.  There is plenty of parking. When you arrive, come around to the backside of the house.  Let's start our day in a positive way and shine together!  Additionally, you are welcome to explore the path and trails.  The Homestead is next to Choate Park.
