About the Event
Yoga for Your Health is a one hour mat yoga practice for all level practitioners. A sequence of slow paced yoga poses will engage the body to increase flexibility, balance and strength while focusing the mind through breath, inspirations, and positive intentions. Join Angela at the beautiful Chapel Meeting House for a 7 week sessions into the journey of greater self discovery! Registration link is through Foxboro Recreation. See you on the mat!
