Guided Meditation and Visualization is a form of meditation where an individual is verbally guided into a deeper state of consciousness by another person's voice. The process and practice of meditation requires an individual to follow verbal instructions that help the individual relax the entire body, clear the mind, concentrate on breathing and focus one's awareness. Additionally, mantras and mudras may also be incorporated as a tool to focus one's awareness to the space of the present moment.

OM Meditation

Chanting this sound brings peace and calm in the body, mind, and spirit by merging the vibration of the body with that of the Universe. Yoga Nidra is practiced in a comfortable lying down position. Practitioners will be guided through breathing exercises and a body scan. Once the body is relaxed and the mind is calm, all energies focus on the third eye, the inner sanctuary. Here the practitioner will access both the logical left brain and intuitive, insightful right brain. This naturally and effortlessly brings you into integration where the practitioner will experience deep relaxation yet remain aware and conscious.
