Yoga is a physical, mental, and spiritual practice that originated in India. There are many styles. Sacred Tree Yoga wants to provide options suitable for the individual with many class styles and times to choose from.  The benefits of  a yoga practice include: strength, flexibility, balance, improved posture, breath awareness, ability to relax, concentration, focus, stress management, presence, and connection. 


Meditation is a technique for resting the mind and attaining a state of consciousness that is clear, relaxed, and inwardly focused. The goal of meditation is to go beyond the mind and experience our true nature which is described as peace, happiness, and bliss. Through this practice, you are free to experience the joy of being fully present, here and now.


Reiki (ray-key) which means "Universal energy" is the ancient Japanese healing art of laying-on-of-hands. It is a healing technique based on the principle that the therapist can channel energy to the client to activate the natural healing processes of the person's body and restore physical and emotional wellbeing. This practice is used as a form of complementary and alternative medicine. 


Workshops are specialty classes that share information  on a particular topic to teach and engage our community. The focus is to provide information to enhance and improve overall wellbeing for the mind, body, and spirit.  

Private Sessions

Private sessions are available for several modalities of healing the mind, body, and spirit. The lotus flower room is a dedicated room designed for tranquility, comfort, and peacefulness. Each modality has unique techniques with gifted and caring practitioners.
