Service Description

Root into the practice by centering. warming-up, and progressively moving through postures led by breath. This practice works to lengthen, strengthen, and align the body. It will challenge core development and balance to improve overall stability. Focus and concentrate will improve mental and emotional well-being. Close with relaxation and restoration. New, intermediate and advanced levels are welcome.
