Meditation in Motion is gentle, slower, softer and contemplative practice that includes seated, hands/knees and reclined poses. This practice does not include standing poses. It is ideal for all levels: new, intermediate and advanced practitioners who wish to practice mindfulness and allow the body to relax, receive and restore.
