Tai Chi

Originally developed for self-defense, Tai Chi has evolved into a graceful form of exercise. Often described as meditation in motion, Tai Chi promotes serenity through breath and gentle flowing movement. This class is designed to promote healing as well as increase balance, strength, and flexibility. This class is appropriate for all ages (18+) and  all fitness levels.
