Why teacher training is for you:
Whether you are curious, wish to deepen your yoga practice, teach yoga or take a journey of self-discovery, this program is an opportunity to open the pathway for tremendous growth, knowledge, and understanding.
Style of Yoga:
This 200-hour program is based on the principles of Hatha Yoga with a focus on Gentle Yoga, Slow Flow Vinyasa and Meditation & Mindfulness.
The 200-hour standards for this program were established by the Yoga Alliance. The following required categories will be taught in this program:
Techniques, Training and Practice
Anatomy and Physiology
Yoga Philosophy, Lifestyle, and Ethics
How trainees are taught:
The lead trainer will teach to all learning styles – visual, auditory, verbal, and physical since there is no one-size-fits all approach. In addition to the course requirements, each trainee will receive the support, guidance, and care throughout their training and post training.

Total Tuition for the program: $3200.00 (includes books)
$500.00 Commitment deposit at time of registration (non-refunable)

Saturday: 8am – 5pm
Sundays: 8am – 5pm

Weekend One: September 4, 5, and 6, 2020
Weekend Two: October 2, 3, and 4, 2020
Weekend Three: November 6, 7, and 8, 2020
Weekend Four: December 4, 5, and 6, 2020
Weekend Five: January 8, 9, and 10, 2021
Weekend Six: February 5, 6, and 7, 2021
Weekend Seven: March 5, 6, and 7, 2021
Weekend Eight: April 9, 10, and 11, 2021
Weekend Nine: April 30, May 1 and 2, 2021
Please reserve June 4, 5, and 6, 2021 in case of snow days.
Policy for missed classes:
Students should reserve all the dates for the program as a priority. However, unexpected circumstances do arise. Generally stating, students can not miss more than 3 classes (20 hours). These classes and homework are REQUIRED to be made up. Additional fees may be incurred for private sessions.
