Why the 200-hour Yoga Certification Program is for you:
Whether you are curious, wish to deepen your yoga practice, teach yoga, or take a journey of self-discovery, this program is an opportunity to open the pathway for tremendous growth, knowledge, and understanding.
Style of Yoga:
This 200-hour program is based on the principles of Hatha Yoga.
The 200-hour standards for this program are established and accredited by the Yoga Alliance. The following required categories will be taught in this program:
Techniques, Training, and Practice
Anatomy and Physiology
Yoga Philosophy, Lifestyle, and Ethics
How trainees are taught and supported in this program:
Trainees will receive a Sacred Tree Yoga manual. This manual is organized by sections that will be completed month to month. There will be other books that are important tools for learning as well. As your instructor, I will assist you through real time learning both virtually and in-person along with pre-recorded content. I will also offer one to one monthly meetings to assess your progress and discuss any outstanding questions or concerns as you travel this new path.
Total Tuition for the program: $3200.00 (includes all books)
$200.00 Commitment deposit at time of registration (non-refundable)
$3000.00 due on or before the first class.
Preferred payment is check or cash. Credit Card will incur an additional $75 for processing fees.
Six months averaging 30 hours per month; 50% will be synchronous (real time interaction) and 50% asynchronous (self paced)
Policy for missed dates for real time learning:
Students should reserve all real time learning as a priority. However, unexpected circumstances do arise. These sessions are REQUIRED to be made up. Additional fees will be incurred for private make-up sessions.
