Buti Yoga: Experience a powerful blend of tribal dance, primal movements, and vinyasa style yoga. Integrated Gentle Yoga: This is a softer, nurturing, slower paced, and well-supported relaxing practice that allows the body to open with ease. Integrated gentle yoga is based on the teachings of B.K.S. Iyengar which focuses on alignment and safety within each pose. This practice will incorporate seated, hands & knees, standing, twisting, balancing and reclined posture utilizing bolster, blocks and straps at various intervals. This practice will open you up on all levels that improve range of motion, flexibility and strength. The class will close with a final pose for deep relaxation and restoration. This class is ideal for all levels: new, intermediate, and advanced.
Integrated Slow Flow Vinyasa: Through a slow flow of yoga postures led by breath (Vinyasa), this practice works to lengthen, strengthen, and align the body. Slow flow will challenge your core development and balance to improve overall stability of the body. Use breath to focus and concentrate to improve mental and emotional well being. Hands-on assist and adjustments are available and optional. This class will close with a final pose for deep relaxation and restoration. This class is ideal for all levels: new, intermediate, and advanced.
Integrated Vinyasa: Through a flowing series of yoga postures lead by the breath (Vinyasa), this practice works to lengthen, strengthen and align the body. The integration of breath to movement and focus cultivates mind-body harmony and fosters health and well-being. Hands-on assist and adjustments are available and optional. This class will close with a final pose for deep relaxation and restoration. This is an all levels practice.
Introduction to Slow Flow Vinyasa: This is an opportunity to develop the fundamentals of yoga whether you are new to yoga or want to learn more about the practice of yoga. The yoga poses will b broken down to their basic element so any student can practice safely. Work on proper alignment of poses by categories of standing, stabilizing, hip openers, twist, back bends, lateral bends, forward bends, balance and inversions. Basics will also include Sun Salutation A & B. This practice will have both passive and active aspects to it. The instructor will offer optional adjustments and alignments throughout the practice. The practice is completed in Savasana - deep rest and relaxation.
Restorative & Yin Fusion: Restorative and Yin Fusion is a blend of restorative poses and yin poses combined into a practice to slow down and open the body through passive movements holding the shapes between 3 - 10 minutes. The restorative poses will be supported with bolsters, blocks, straps, sandbags, blankets, and pillows. Honor yourself by allowing the physical and mental body to completely relax and have space. The practice is completed in Savasana - deep rest and relaxation. Hands-on adjustments and assist are available. Reiki healing is optional during the practice as well. This class is ideal for all levels: new, intermediate, advanced.
